2. Do not rub the surface of the measuring tool, the measuring surface, and the scribed part with oilstone and emery cloth. No measuring maintenance personnel is strictly prohibited from disassembling, refitting, and repairing the measuring tool without authorization.

3. It is not allowed to use the tip of the measuring claw of the caliper as a scratch needle, compass, or other tools, and it is not allowed to twist the two claws artificially or use the measuring tool as a caliper.

4. Do not touch the measuring surface of the measuring tool with your hand, because wet dirt such as sweat on your hand will pollute the measuring surface and make it rusty. Do not mix the measuring tools with other tools and metal substances to avoid damaging the measuring tools.

5. The storage place of measuring tools should be kept clean and dry, without vibration and corrosive gas, and should be far away from places with large temperature changes or magnetic fields. The measuring tools stored in the measuring box should be clean and dry, and no other sundries are allowed to be stored.

6. After using the measuring tool, wipe the surface stains and aluminum chips, loosen the fastening device, and apply anti-rust oil on the measuring surface when it is not used for a long time (more than 1 month). When the measuring tools are not in use, they should be put into the protective box. It is best to assign a special person to use them full-time and make annual review records of the measuring tools tested by authoritative units.

How do identify and test the quality of aluminum shells?

If a professional enterprise carries out the quality inspection, it needs to do these four points:

1. Identification inspection: whether the product standard code and production license number are marked on the aluminum profile and package.

2. Surface quality: the surface of the aluminum profile shall be clean and free from cracks, peeling, corrosion, bubbles, and other defects, as well as corrosion spots, electric burns, black spots, oxide film falling off, and other defects.

3. Thickness of oxide film: the oxide film of the aluminum profile is formed in anodic oxidation, which has the function of protection and decoration. It can be detected by an eddy current thickness gauge.

4. Sealing quality: there are many gaps on the surface of the aluminum profile after anodizing. If it is not sealed or sealed poorly, the corrosion resistance of the aluminum profile will be reduced. The commonly used methods of hole sealing quality inspection include the acid leaching method, admittance method, and phosphobutyric acid method.
