How to deal with aluminum oxidation?
Hot water rinse
Rinse the aluminum with hot water to achieve the purpose of aging the film. However, the water temperature and cleaning time must be strictly controlled. Under normal circumstances, the water temperature should be kept at 40-50 ℃, and the cleaning time should be controlled within one minute, so that the color of the aluminum material will not be faded.
Dry
Use a cotton towel to absorb the moisture on the surface of the aluminum material, and then put it in a ventilated and ventilated place to let the aluminum material air dry naturally, so that the color of the aluminum material will not be affected, and it will be more natural.
Ageing
If it is summer, you can expose the aluminum material to the sun, but in rainy weather, you can choose to dry it in the oven, and the drying time should also be strictly controlled, which is about 10 minutes to 15 minutes.
